Barista – Full‑time & Part‑time Positions

About the role

Barlatte Gelato & Caffe is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team on both full‑time and part‑time schedules. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering a high standard of service to every customer who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a polite and engaging personality and provide excellent service.
• Inform guests about daily specials and actively upsell products.
• Prepare and serve a variety of foods, including sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, pancakes, waffles, crêpes, and ice‑cream.
• Make and serve coffee, tea, lattes, shakes, smoothies, and other beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas at all times.
• Place order requests with the Supervisor and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Update signage and displays to attract customers.
• Adhere to all food health and safety regulations and quality‑control standards.

Required profile

• Experienced in a fast‑paced café or restaurant environment.
• Team‑oriented with a strong focus on delivering high‑quality service.
• Polite, friendly, and able to engage positively with customers.
