Beauty Products Sales Executive

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Beauty Products Sales Executive based in Westlands. The role centres on selling skincare, beauty and cosmetic products, building customer relationships and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell skincare, beauty and cosmetic products and identify and follow up leads to generate repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, and help run promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Assess customers' skin types, concerns and goals, recommend suitable products and demonstrate correct use and routines.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally and build long-term loyalty.
• Keep up to date on products, trends and innovations, and educate team members and customers.
• Maintain attractive displays, monitor inventory and report shortages, and take part in stock-taking and merchandising.
• Report regularly to supervisors on sales performance and client feedback, and attend training.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetic sales is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, routines and skin types.
• Familiarity with Korean skincare products is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in advising customers and closing sales.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently and in a team.
