Bilingual Paralegal – Wage & Hour Class Actions

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Paralegal to join our high‑volume employment litigation team, focusing on wage‑and‑hour class actions. The role provides essential support to attorneys handling complex U.S. employment law matters, ensuring efficient case management and accurate legal documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, letters and discovery documents.
• Proofread, edit and review legal documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw or similar platforms.
• Maintain case files in Litify or comparable case‑management systems.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trials.
• Manage case calendars, deadlines and litigation timelines.
• Coordinate communication with clients regarding case matters.
• Track multiple active cases and ensure timely filing and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies or a related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of paralegal experience, preferably supporting U.S. wage‑and‑hour or employment law matters.
• Prior experience in a law firm handling labor and employment litigation.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Required skills

• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Legal drafting and proofreading proficiency.
• Research skills on LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Experience using Litify or similar case‑management software.
• Familiarity with state and federal e‑filing processes.
