Billing Coordinator - Reliever

About the role

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating across the East African region (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan). On behalf of its client, it is looking for a competent, skilled and experienced Billing Coordinator to work in Nairobi, Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all local and export orders and transfers are processed accurately and effectively.
• Keep the dashboard timely and accurate, create delivery numbers in SAP and indicate them on the dashboard.
• Enter allocated truck registration numbers on the dashboard for each order.
• Print, sign and stamp dispatch documents (five copies) and billing documents (one copy) per order.
• Coordinate with CRCs so that all orders are delivered on time, in full.
• Compile and send hourly sales updates and dashboards.
• Submit comprehensive Hand Over Take Over (HOTO) reports at the close of business.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
