Channel Sales Lead - Africa

About the role

The Channel Sales Lead will own Mozn’s partner narrative across Africa, translating the recruitment → enablement → activation → capability → demand generation → pipeline → revenue model into a repeatable, execution‑ready motion for high‑value partners while also driving direct enterprise market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end partner recruitment, enablement and activation processes.
• Drive greenfield market penetration through direct enterprise engagement.
• Build repeatable co‑sell frameworks and quarterly business review (QBR) structures that scale across the region.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing and executive stakeholders to set clear revenue targets and sales motions.
• Monitor, report and optimise pipeline, ARR and partner performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading channel or partner sales in enterprise technology.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to design and execute sales motions.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in African markets is a plus.
