Channel Sales Manager – Stone & Building Materials

About the role

Newmatic Countertops Limited is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to grow its dealer and wholesale network across Nairobi and key Kenyan markets. This B2B role focuses on developing relationships with stone dealers, kitchen and cabinet companies, and building‑material distributors to promote sintered stone and countertop products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new dealers, distributors and wholesale customers.
• Visit potential and existing business customers regularly to showcase products and convert prospects into long‑term partners.
• Manage the dealer network, follow up quotations, orders, payments and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly wholesale and channel sales targets while maintaining an active pipeline and submitting regular sales reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B, wholesale or channel development experience in stone, marble, granite, quartz, sintered stone, kitchen/cabinet, MDF, plywood or related building‑materials.
• Existing network of dealers, distributors or wholesale customers in the Nairobi building‑material and interior‑fit‑out market.
• Strong negotiation, customer development and sales‑closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently, travel frequently and communicate effectively in English and Swahili.
