Chef de Partie – Multi Cuisine (Arabic, Continental, Asian)

About the role

The Chef de Partie will lead an assigned kitchen section within a large‑scale catering operation, delivering high‑quality dishes across Arabic, Continental and Asian cuisines. This position requires strong culinary expertise, effective team supervision, and strict adherence to food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a designated kitchen station, ensuring timely preparation of menu items.
• Prepare and cook bulk meals to meet large catering orders while maintaining consistency and taste.
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations throughout food handling.
• Maintain kitchen equipment, monitor inventory, and coordinate with procurement for supplies.

Required profile

• Culinary Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 6 years experience as a Chef de Partie or in a comparable role.
• Proven knowledge of bulk cooking techniques and international cuisines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
