Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO)

About the role

The Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) acts as the primary bridge between Gamezon Space Corporation and its investors, shareholders, financial institutions and regulators. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the CFO, the CIRO shapes and delivers the company’s investment narrative, supports fundraising initiatives and safeguards transparent financial communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy that positions the company as a leading investment destination in e‑commerce and technology.
• Serve as the main point of contact for shareholders and investors, coordinating briefings, AGM logistics and regular updates.
• Lead capital‑raising efforts, including equity investments, venture capital, private placements and strategic funding partnerships.
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual investor reports, ensuring consistency and transparency in financial disclosures.
• Oversee shareholder registration, share transfer processes and ownership communication programs.

Required profile

• Proven executive‑level experience in investor relations, shareholder communications or capital‑raising.
• Demonstrated ability to engage institutional, private and strategic investors.
• Strong track record of supporting fundraising rounds and managing due‑diligence activities.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial results to boards, CEOs and external stakeholders.
• Capability to align executive decisions with shareholder interests and long‑term value creation.
