Client Outreach Executive (B2B Lead Generation & Cold Outreach)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Client Outreach Executive to design and run a data‑driven outbound prospecting engine for Inovetix. You will identify target companies and decision‑makers, build high‑quality prospect lists, and execute personalized cold‑email and LinkedIn campaigns that generate qualified conversations for our Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Build highly targeted prospect lists based on Inovetix ICPs and campaign priorities.
• Research companies using industry, size, geography, technology stack, growth signals, hiring and funding activity.
• Identify founders, CEOs, CTOs, product and operations leaders, as well as champions and influencers.
• Perform deep account and contact research before outreach.
• Handle data enrichment, email verification, deduplication, contact validation and CRM maintenance.
• Create and manage advanced cold‑email and LinkedIn outreach sequences with personalized messaging.
• Monitor email deliverability, manage opt‑outs, bounces and suppression lists.
• Qualify replies, objections and buying intent, then hand over opportunities with full context to the sales team.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in B2B cold email, LinkedIn outreach, prospecting or lead generation.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and mailbox health.
• Proven ability to build targeted prospect lists and run personalized outbound campaigns.
