About the role
Our client is a rapidly expanding dental hospital seeking a strategic Clinical Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day clinical and operational activities. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing workflows across the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations to guarantee safe, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, healthcare policies, and operational procedures.
- Monitor and continuously improve patient care standards, service quality, and satisfaction.
- Coordinate clinical workflows, staffing schedules, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that boost productivity and healthcare delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and support staff development initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, legal requirements, and professional practice standards.
- Oversee quality assurance, risk management, incident reporting, and corrective actions.
- Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Manage departmental budgets, operational planning, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate procurement and efficient use of medical and operational resources.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic healthcare initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Health Systems Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years (60 months) experience in clinical operations or healthcare management.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
