Clinical Research Engagement Lead

About the role

Roche is seeking a Clinical Research Engagement Lead to strengthen partnerships with clinical trial sites and accelerate innovation. In this position you will act as the primary liaison for strategic sites, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless, high‑quality trial experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored country‑level site engagement strategies across multiple disease areas, building trust and operational excellence.
• Engage investigators early during trial set‑up, landscaping and protocol review to identify optimal sites and speed recruitment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for strategic clinical sites, fostering deep relationships with investigators, pharmacists and clinic administrations.
• Convene and lead a local site‑engagement community that integrates Local Medical Affairs, field medical teams and clinical operations to streamline communication.
• Oversee planning, risk mitigation and compliance for assigned studies, monitoring performance and ensuring trial master file completeness.
• Collaborate closely with CRO partners throughout the trial lifecycle to align delivery goals, maintain high site satisfaction and resolve operational challenges quickly.
• Lead local quality reviews, internal audits and regulatory inspections to guarantee inspection readiness and adherence to global standards.
