Cloud Trainer with AI

About the role

We are seeking a Cloud Trainer with AI expertise to design and deliver hands‑on AWS training programs. The role involves guiding adult learners through real‑world cloud projects, integrating AI tools and automation platforms, and ensuring a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project leads to design and continuously improve curriculum aligned with market needs.
• Deliver engaging, practical sessions on AWS core services, AI tools, and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, and OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
• Guide learners through cloud projects using Python, JavaScript (Node.js/React) and cloud‑native services.
• Provide technical support, coaching, and feedback throughout the program.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials, resources, and project templates.
• Ensure a safe, trust‑building learning environment and proactively resolve issues.
• Participate in quality‑assurance processes, learner satisfaction reviews, and program evaluations.
• Monitor learner progress, identify at‑risk participants, and implement interventions.
• Conduct learner selection activities, including application review, interviews, tests, and final selection.

Required profile

• Any AWS Cloud Associate or higher professional certification.
• Minimum 1.5 years experience teaching technical IT content to adult learners.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, scripting (Shell, Python), networking, security, relational databases, and DevOps concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, Hugging Face).
• Understanding of prompt engineering, API‑based AI integration, and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
