CNC Machinist – Full-time Position

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and set up CNC milling, lathe, and gundrill machines in a high‑precision manufacturing environment. The role involves moving between machines, verifying dimensions, and ensuring product quality while working closely with a team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling, lathe, and gundrill machines.
• Set up and monitor one or more CNC machines on a priority basis.
• Move between machines as required to maintain production flow.
• Verify dimensions of machined parts using micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
• Maintain high‑precision standards and adhere to established TGM practices.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned work efficiently and on time.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Strong mechanical ability and understanding of engineering principles.
• Ability to multitask and operate multiple machines simultaneously.
• Experience with live tooling.
• Proficient in English (read, write, communicate).
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb.
