CNC Machinist – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our high‑precision manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate and set up CNC milling, lathe, and Gundrill machines, ensuring that all parts meet strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor one or more CNC machines on a priority basis.
• Move between machines as needed to maintain production flow.
• Verify dimensions of machined parts using micrometers, Vernier calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
• Work in a high‑precision environment, adhering to design specifications and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and follow established TGM standards and practices.
• Complete assigned work in a timely and productive manner.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles.
• Ability to multitask and operate multiple machines.
• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Capability to lift up to 40 lb and work both independently and within a team.
