Commission-Based Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for energetic, self‑motivated Sales Representatives to join our team in Ongata Rongai. The role focuses on generating leads, promoting our products and services, and building strong customer relationships while working on a commission‑based earnings structure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services.
• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Certificate, diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, confident and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Based in Ongata Rongai or willing to relocate.
• Willingness to work in a commission‑based environment.
