Commission-Only Remote Sales Representative – SaaS Platform

About the role

We are launching SolanFM, a SaaS platform that streamlines facilities management, property operations, and hospitality services. As a Sales Representative, you will work remotely on a commission‑only basis to identify and close deals with facilities management providers, property owners, and large facility operators worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and close B2B customers in the facilities management, property, hospitality, and HVAC sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle independently, from initial contact to contract signing.
• Utilise provided pitch decks, one‑pagers, scripts, case studies, and demo access to present SolanFM.
• Maintain weekly check‑ins with the founding team and report pipeline progress.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, facilities management, property management, hospitality, or HVAC.
• Ability to run the entire sales process autonomously.
• Strong communication skills in English and a local language relevant to your target market.
• Existing network of contacts or willingness to work with leads supplied by the company.
