About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Sales Growth Business Partner to introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies. This is a flexible, referral‑based position with no fixed hours, allowing you to work on your own schedule while earning commissions on revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential client companies within your professional network.
• Present Flowmingo’s platform, highlighting its AI‑driven hiring benefits and time‑saving features.
• Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for prospects exploring the solution.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to help improve the product and partner programs.
• Operate independently and manage your own sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably within HR or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven work style.
• Ability to engage decision‑makers and build trust.
