About the role
The Digital Impact Division of UNICEF seeks a consultant to coordinate the TeamOne community, enhancing engagement, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across its global network. This 12‑month remote assignment supports digital advisory services and strengthens UNICEF’s digital transformation agenda.
Key responsibilities
- Support and coordinate TeamOne community engagement, communications, and recognition activities.
- Collaborate with the DID Communication team to develop user stories and community content.
- Strengthen knowledge management processes, including onboarding, analytics, and tracking of community participation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Knowledge Management, Data Analysis, Social Sciences or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in community engagement, knowledge or information management, data analysis, or digital programme support, preferably in an international development or UN environment.
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Community management and stakeholder facilitation.
- Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Forms, Excel, Power BI.
- Data analysis and ability to interpret participation and satisfaction metrics.
