About the role
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Construction Law Practice Group. The role focuses on transactional construction matters, including public contract procurement and contract negotiation for a variety of projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage procurement of Ohio public design and construction contracts.
- Negotiate and draft contracts for diverse construction projects.
- Collaborate with multiple attorneys on complex assignments.
- Provide legal analysis and advice on construction law issues.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of construction law experience on transactional matters.
- Strong academic credentials and high ethical standards.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven project management capabilities.
