About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Delivery Architect to lead the construction phase of a high‑profile institutional development in Kenya. The role focuses on translating exceptional design into built reality, protecting design intent while addressing on‑site challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural delivery throughout the construction phase.
• Protect design intent while adapting to real‑world site conditions.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Review technical information, construction details and shop drawings.
• Resolve architectural and technical issues as construction progresses.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Guide contractors to achieve expected design quality.
• Collaborate closely with engineering disciplines during construction.

Required profile

• Architectural background with significant experience delivering projects during construction.
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence making decisions in a live construction environment.
