About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join a residential household in the Rosslyn area of Nairobi. The role involves preparing daily meals, with a focus on authentic Indian dishes, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious daily meals for the household.
- Specialize in Indian cuisine, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of ingredients, order supplies as needed, and control waste.
- Follow standardized recipes and adjust portions according to household needs.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of professional cooking experience, preferably with Indian cuisine.
- Ability to read and accurately follow recipes.
- Willingness to reside on‑site or commute daily to the Rosslyn area.
