Corporate Sales Representative - Cleaning Chemicals

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Corporate Sales Representative in Nairobi for its cleaning chemicals, hygiene and sanitation products business. The role drives business growth by finding new corporate customers, managing existing client relationships and achieving sales targets, with a focus on institutional and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities, generate leads, run sales presentations and turn prospects into long-term customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients, visit them regularly and resolve their concerns promptly.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved guidelines, follow up on orders and coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and support debt collection where needed.
• Track competitors, pricing trends and market developments, prepare sales forecasts, activity and customer visit reports, and give market feedback to product development.
• Represent the company professionally at exhibitions and promotional events and follow company sales policies.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least four years of sales experience in the FMCG sector.
• Experience in detergents, cleaning chemicals or hygiene products is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Sales, negotiation and closing skills, and strong account management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• A professional sales or marketing certification is an added advantage.
