Corporate Trainer (Part‑time Remote)

About the role

KindredCX is seeking a part‑time remote Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs focused on customer experience, BPO operations, and professional skills. You will work with globally distributed teams, supporting certification pathways and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual training sessions and create curricula, learning materials, and assessments.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and leadership teams to align training content with business goals and client requirements.
• Assess training needs, measure learning outcomes, and refine programs based on performance data.
• Coach individuals and cohorts, supporting their professional development and certification.

Required profile

• Experience in customer experience, BPO operations, or contact‑center environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for diverse, multicultural learners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional training or coaching certifications (e.g., CPTD, CTT+) are a plus.

Required skills

• Instructional design and curriculum development.
• Proficiency with digital learning tools such as LMS platforms, video‑conferencing software, and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Analytical ability to assess needs, interpret performance data, and improve programs.
• Organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple programs and stakeholders.
