About the role

Join the Creative Chaos crew to help bring Africa's most dynamic one‑day festival to life. As a volunteer you will work on‑site, supporting the event’s operations, community engagement, marketing, and sponsorship activities while gaining real‑world experience in event management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations team with venue setup, schedule coordination, and attendee flow management.
• Welcome guests, support fellow volunteers, and foster an inclusive atmosphere as part of the Community & Volunteer team.
• Support the Marketing & Registration team by managing check‑ins, creating live social media content, and documenting the event.
• Help the Sponsorships & Partnerships team with partner liaison, sponsor logistics, and on‑day network outreach.
