Crisis Management Coordinator

About the role

The Crisis Management Coordinator will monitor global events and coordinate emergency responses for clients from our central operations centre in London. The role operates 24/7, acting as the primary point of contact during crises and ensuring timely, effective assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor worldwide events and identify medical, security, political or natural disaster incidents affecting clients.
• Coordinate and manage emergency responses, including triage and escalation to internal teams or external partners.
• Serve as the main contact for clients during assigned shifts, handling emergency calls and requests.
• Maintain accurate case records, documentation and system updates.
• Liaise with third‑party providers to organise assistance, evacuations or risk solutions.
• Support operational planning and assist managers during live crises or major incidents.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle senior clients professionally.
• Experience in a 24/7 operations centre coordinating incidents, emergencies, travel risk or medical assistance.
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate reporting and case management.
• Proactive decision‑making and prioritisation abilities.
• Team player comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Second language (French, German, Spanish, Mandarin or Arabic) desirable but not mandatory.
