Customer Acquisition Executive

About the role

Emerge Egress Consulting is seeking a proactive Customer Acquisition Executive to drive business growth. The role focuses on developing and executing strategies to expand the firm’s client base, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen marketing and business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Design and implement practical plans that align with the firm’s growth objectives.
• Research and target new markets, industries, and potential clients.
• Propose new or enhanced services to attract additional clients.
• Recommend operational improvements to boost efficiency.
• Lead marketing and sales activities aimed at client acquisition.
• Monitor progress of growth initiatives and adjust tactics as needed.
• Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business performance.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, business development activities, and overall growth performance.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field from a recognized university.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Proven business development and networking capabilities.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and results‑oriented attitude.
