About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Wisbech. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and issues with professionalism and a focus on delivering excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate proactively with customers via phone and email.
- Process customer orders from sale through to delivery.
- Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with customers.
- Support additional tasks as directed by the Line Manager.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and take ownership of tasks.
- Positive attitude, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., M1).
