About the role
Mabati Rolling Mills is hiring two customer‑focused, detail‑oriented Customer Service Officers to be based in Athi River and Mariakani. The role involves handling customer enquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints and working closely with Sales, Production and Dispatch teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process customer orders accurately.
- Resolve complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production and Dispatch teams to guarantee timely delivery.
