Customer Support Representative – Live Chat

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chatter / Customer Support Representative to join our on‑site team in Kenya. The role focuses on handling live chat inquiries, providing accurate product information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat platforms.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Document interactions and update internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient problem resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Chatter, Live Chat Agent or similar role.
• Excellent written communication and typing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer service orientation.
• Proactive, organized, results‑driven mindset.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Full‑time availability with flexible shift coverage.
• On‑site work eligibility in Kenya.

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of CRM tools.
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms.
