Customer Service Representative – Insurance

About the role

Plombon Insurance is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will provide accurate information, guide clients through policy and claims processes, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with our insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and in‑person, delivering timely information on policies, coverage, and claim procedures.
• Assist clients with applications, renewals, policy changes, and pricing explanations while updating records in the database.
• Guide clients through the claims process, document and track claims, and provide empathetic support.
• Investigate and resolve client complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Stay informed on industry trends, company policies, and insurance products to educate clients.
• Maintain organized client records, process payments, and support overall office efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to continuously learn about insurance products.
