About the role
We are seeking motivated Customer Support and Call Center agents to join Sauti Contact Center’s international team. The role focuses on making outbound calls to prospects in the United States, researching companies, and scheduling meetings while maintaining a professional American accent.
Key responsibilities
- Make 3–6 high-quality outbound calls per hour to US-based prospects.
- Engage prospects, answer questions, and book meetings.
- Research target companies and contacts before and after calls.
- Learn and apply technical concepts and processes quickly.
- Accurately record notes and activities in the CRM system.
- Provide daily activity and progress updates to management.
- Collaborate with the team and meet performance targets.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear American accent.
- Strong communication, listening and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow defined processes.
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop/computer.
- Willingness to work US business hours when required.
