Digital Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketer to boost our online presence across multiple branches in Nairobi, Nakuru and Eldoret. You will develop and execute strategies that increase brand visibility, engage customers and drive sales for our diverse product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
• Create high‑quality photo, video, graphic and written content for social media, websites and advertising campaigns.
• Manage and grow presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google and YouTube.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent communication across channels.
• Capture on‑site content at branch locations, including products, testimonials and events.
• Update and maintain company websites, ensuring accurate product and promotion information.
• Implement SEO tactics to improve traffic and search rankings.
• Execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
• Monitor and respond to online inquiries, comments and reviews promptly.
• Collaborate with branch teams to convert digital leads into sales and track performance.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, exhibitions and seasonal marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity.
• Maintain a digital asset library and produce monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
• Strong communication, creativity and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
