Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Jitu.com is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns for its US‑based clients. You will work closely with content creators, designers and sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and email platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting to boost performance.
• Manage and optimise SEM campaigns, including PPC, Display and Performance Max.
• Execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve rankings.
• Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot and Meta Business Suite.
• Track metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates and ROAS, and produce detailed reports.
• Support email marketing set‑up, automation workflows, segmentation and reporting.
• Research market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Optimise landing pages and user journeys for lead generation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEM or performance marketing.
• Experience supporting US clients is preferred.
