About the role

The Digital Sales & Marketing Executive will drive brand awareness, create and share content across media platforms, and support overall business growth. This role combines sales outreach with strategic marketing activities to meet company targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns.
  • Create, curate, and distribute content on digital and social media platforms.
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Represent the company as a PR spokesperson on TV and other media when required.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure departmental targets are achieved.
  • Prepare and implement marketing strategies aligned with market demand.
  • Supervise walk‑ins, call‑ins, and briefing sessions.
  • Handle candidate complaints in coordination with the complaint manager.

Required profile

  • Mid‑level experience (approximately 2 years) in digital sales and marketing.
  • Strong communication and public‑relations skills.
  • Ability to manage inbound/outbound call flows and meet response timelines.
  • Experience preparing budgets and strategic marketing plans.
