About the role

CloudPlexo, a global leader in cloud‑native IT consulting, is seeking a commercially driven Director of Sales to lead and scale its sales function. This senior leadership position will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high‑performance sales team, and deepening relationships with enterprise and mid‑market clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and deliver against annual revenue targets for new business and account expansion.
  • Define and execute go‑to‑market sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and service lines.
  • Maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline and report regularly to the executive team.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of account executives, business development managers, and sales staff.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CIO, CTO, and CFO level decision‑makers.
  • Design and optimise end‑to‑end sales processes, enforce CRM discipline, and develop pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with delivery, technical pre‑sales, solutions architecture, and finance teams on proposals and deal structuring.

Required profile

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, preferably in IT consulting or professional services.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling sales organisations.
  • Ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
  • Strong operational discipline to build repeatable sales processes.
