Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Nairobi

About the role

ClensySoaps is looking for energetic Door‑to‑Door Sales Representatives to join its Nairobi team. You will promote a range of affordable cleaning and personal‑care products directly to households, helping families access quality solutions at lower cost.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell ClensySoaps products to potential customers in assigned neighborhoods.
• Provide clear product information, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and report progress.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Participate in regular sales training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Familiarity with the beauty and personal‑care industry.
• Ability to work independently, professionally, and manage time effectively.
• Basic smartphone literacy for recording sales data.
• Prior door‑to‑door sales experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

What we offer

• Base salary of 17,500 KES per month.
• 10 % commission on achieved targets, reviewed monthly.
• Two‑month probation period with the possibility of long‑term employment.
