E-Boda Rider – Ride-Hailing & Delivery in Nairobi

About the role

We are looking for disciplined, customer‑focused riders to operate electric motorcycles across Nairobi and its surrounding areas. The role involves providing ride‑hailing, food delivery, parcel delivery and courier services through approved mobile platforms while maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate an electric motorcycle to transport passengers and deliver orders.
• Accept and complete trips using ride‑hailing and delivery applications.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery while providing courteous customer service.
• Perform daily motorcycle inspections, including battery charge, brakes, tires and lights.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, earnings and operational activities.
• Report accidents, mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Valid Kenyan Motorcycle Riding Licence (Class A/A2 or equivalent).
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Clearance).
• Minimum KCSE certificate.
• Strong knowledge of Nairobi roads, estates and traffic patterns.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Honest, reliable, self‑motivated with good communication skills in English and Swahili.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Android smartphones.
• Experience using mobile ride‑hailing and delivery applications.
