ERP Implementation Consultant – Odoo (Hybrid, Nairobi)

About the role

Magnolia Technology Solutions is seeking a full‑time hybrid Odoo Implementation Consultant based in Nairobi. You will lead end‑to‑end ERP projects, guiding clients through requirements gathering, configuration, training, testing, go‑live and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle Odoo implementations across multiple concurrent client projects.
• Analyse client business processes and configure Odoo modules to meet operational needs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships from end‑users to C‑suite executives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, UAT, and steering‑committee updates.
• Coordinate project planning, milestone tracking and progress reporting.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting and continuous‑improvement recommendations.
• Support integrations with third‑party platforms such as M‑Pesa and KRA (eTIMS/TIMS).

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on Odoo implementation experience in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record delivering projects for 100+ end users, preferably in Kenya or East Africa.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Odoo implementation and configuration across core modules (Accounting & Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales & CRM, Purchase, HR & Payroll, Project Management).
• M‑Pesa Daraja API integration.
• KRA eTIMS/TIMS compliance integration.
