Esthetician – Skincare Specialist

About the role

As an Esthetician you will deliver facials, skin treatments and personalized consultations, ensuring clients look and feel their best while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct specialized aesthetic and skincare treatments.
• Perform thorough skin analysis and consultations to recommend suitable treatments.
• Execute a variety of facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and other skin procedures to the highest standard.
• Provide waxing and other hair‑removal services as required.
• Guide clients through treatment options and create personalized skincare plans and home‑care routines.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and tools.
• Educate clients on proper skincare practices and product usage.
• Retail skincare products and suggest add‑ons to support client results.
• Ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional, relaxing experience throughout their visit.
• Adhere to all SPA SOPs, grooming standards, health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate actively with the wider SPA team.

Required profile

• Knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
• At least 2 years proven experience as a professional Esthetician in a busy medical spa, aesthetic clinic or clinical dermatology centre.
• CIDESCO or ITEC certification.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time‑management abilities.
• Positive attitude, team‑player mindset and genuine passion for skincare and wellness.
