About the role

We are seeking a passionate Events Coordinator to discover, curate, and manage culinary events for Wakowapi. The role involves collaborating with chefs, venues, and partners to deliver memorable food‑focused experiences that engage our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential culinary events, festivals, and pop‑up opportunities.
• Negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure suitable arrangements.
• Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate logistics on the day of the event, including staffing, equipment, and on‑site troubleshooting.
• Maintain relationships with culinary professionals and monitor event performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong interest in food, hospitality, and event management.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
