Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in a fast‑paced, matrixed Food & Beverage organization. The role is the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations of the executive office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a complex, frequently changing calendar, travel arrangements and event logistics.
- Prepare meeting materials, attend key meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
- Act as liaison between the CEO and cross‑functional teams, drafting correspondence and reports.
- Assist in tracking strategic initiatives and coordinate with department heads.
- Organise domestic and international travel itineraries and corporate events.
- Oversee expenses, approvals and budget tracking for the executive office.
- Provide ad‑hoc support on operational, strategic, commercial and personal matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Secretarial Administration.
- 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in Food & Beverage or Hospitality.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong understanding of matrix organizations and ability to navigate cross‑functional environments.
- Professional, diplomatic demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
