About the role
The Executive Housekeeper leads and supervises the Housekeeping, Laundry and Public Areas teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role develops SOPs, manages inventory, and resolves guest concerns promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Housekeeping, Laundry and Public Areas teams.
- Develop and implement housekeeping SOPs, checklists and quality standards.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution of housekeeping-related complaints.
- Monitor housekeeping KPIs and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory, stock levels and departmental costs.
Required profile
- At least 2–3 years' experience in a similar housekeeping leadership position.
- Hands‑on hospitality professional who is organized, detail‑oriented, guest‑focused and passionate about maintaining exceptional standards.
