Experienced Aviation Spare Parts Sales Agent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Spare Parts Sales Agent to expand our international customer base and develop new business within the aviation spare parts market. The role focuses on leveraging existing industry relationships and generating qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and introduce potential customers within your assigned region.
• Leverage existing relationships with airlines, MROs, operators, brokers, procurement teams, and other aviation companies.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and support the development of long‑term customer relationships.
• Identify market opportunities and help expand our presence within the region.
• Coordinate with our internal team regarding customer requirements, quotations, and commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in aviation spare parts trading, aircraft components, or aviation sales.
• Existing industry contacts and/or previous aviation customers.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the aviation aftermarket and procurement process.
• Ability to work independently and develop a defined territory or customer base.
• Professional English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with aviation spare parts and component trading.
• Knowledge of aviation aftermarket procurement processes.

What we offer

• Base compensation discussed individually based on experience, network, territory, and involvement.
• Commission of 1–2 % on qualifying completed sales, with final structure agreed as part of the commercial arrangement.
