Sales & Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Lead to drive growth by acquiring new customers, winning enterprise accounts, and retaining existing clients across our coverage areas. This hands‑on role combines strategic planning with active field and digital execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and customer acquisition strategies for each coverage area.
• Plan and run physical campaigns (door‑to‑door, roadshows, estate activations, partnerships) and digital campaigns (social media, WhatsApp, Google/Meta ads, referral programmes).
• Identify, pitch, and onboard enterprise and SME clients, managing the process from proposal to go‑live with the technical team.
• Track leads, conversions, customer numbers and ROI using a CRM or structured pipeline.
• Set and achieve monthly targets for new connections and revenue, and monitor churn to run retention and win‑back campaigns.
• Recruit, train and manage sales agents or field marketers and gather market intelligence for expansion planning.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a sales or marketing lead role covering both physical and digital acquisition.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets, with quantifiable results.
• Experience selling to businesses (B2B) and onboarding enterprise clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead and pipeline management.
• Experience running paid digital ads on Meta and Google platforms.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and track key performance metrics.
