About the role

The Field Recovery Agent is responsible for managing delinquent customer portfolios and conducting field visits to achieve payment recovery. This role supports entrepreneurs in rebuilding their businesses while protecting the financial health of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee assigned delinquent customer portfolios, meeting daily and monthly performance targets.
• Investigate customer queries, resolve disputes, and develop personalized repayment solutions.
• Conduct field visits, prepare post‑visit action plans, and collaborate with branch teams, call centre staff, local administration, and community leaders.
• Maintain precise collection records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in a Business‑related field.
• Mandatory experience in debt collection with strong customer engagement.
• Resilient, solution‑focused, with high commercial acumen, empathy, and integrity.
• Willingness to relocate and work anywhere within Kenya.
• Ability to handle confidential customer data with discretion.
