Field Sales Representative – FMCG & Beauty Products

About the role

Join a dynamic sales team focused on fast‑moving consumer goods and beauty products. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence across General Trade and Modern Trade outlets in the Nairobi area.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active field selling and account development.
• Identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers and grow sales within assigned territories.
• Sell directly to shops, minimarts, independent retailers and wholesalers, and develop relationships with supermarkets and organized retail chains.
• Monitor outlet coverage, product availability, pricing, promotions and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, retailers and supermarket buyers.
• Ensure products are well stocked, properly displayed and visible, implementing promotions and trade‑marketing activities.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing and trends, and submit accurate daily/weekly sales reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (advantageous).
• At least 2 years of proven field sales experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care or related consumer products.
• Experience selling to both General Trade and Modern Trade outlets.
• Demonstrated ability to work with sales targets and deliver results.
