Field Sales Representative - Isuzu Parts

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a Field Sales Representative for Isuzu parts in Nairobi. The role is full time and involves selling genuine Isuzu parts, accessories and vehicle servicing solutions to existing and potential customers, while building long-term relationships and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Isuzu genuine parts, accessories and servicing solutions, giving expert advice on parts and maintenance packages.
• Handle customer inquiries face-to-face, online or by phone promptly and professionally.
• Build long-term relationships, identify customer needs proactively and provide after-sales support and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for parts and service packages, and prepare detailed sales reports.
• Upsell additional services, accessories and related parts.
• Stay updated on Isuzu products, technical updates and industry trends, and take part in ongoing training.
• Manage customer returns and part/service issues according to Isuzu policy, and promote loyalty programmes and service packages to drive repeat business.

Required profile

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Business or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive parts or service sales.
• Prior experience with Isuzu vehicles, parts or service offerings is mandatory.
• Proven sales experience in the automotive or parts/service industry.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle parts, servicing procedures and automotive systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer requests.
• Ability to work as a team player and independently.
• Familiarity with inventory and service management systems is an added advantage.
