Finance Account Specialist

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Supervisor to lead daily accounting operations, support the finance team, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting across multiple business entities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the existing finance and accounting team, reviewing their work and providing coaching.
• Perform and review bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance using QuickBooks Online.
• Manage month‑end closing activities, financial reporting, and internal controls across multiple entities.
• Monitor deadlines, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate accounting activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, Finance Team Lead, or similar role.
• Experience managing accounting for multiple companies and supervising accountants or bookkeepers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities with proactive communication.
