Finance & Operations Manager – Hotel & Airbnb (Diani)

About the role

Skippers is a boutique coliving and hospitality concept operating in Diani. We are looking for a Finance & Operations professional who will own both the financial health and day‑to‑day operational excellence of our growing property.

Key responsibilities

• Operational rigour: ensure property maintenance and housekeeping meet exacting standards and act as the final quality checkpoint.
• Finance & analytics: manage bookkeeping, revenue tracking, booking accuracy and produce streamlined financial reports.
• Guest excellence: oversee the full guest journey from check‑in to issue resolution, guaranteeing a seamless experience.
• Commercial growth: drive guest reviews, monitor occupancy trends and identify new revenue‑generating opportunities.
• Strategic communication: deliver concise, data‑driven updates to the team and flag potential bottlenecks early.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of finance experience, hospitality background a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Hospitality Management, Business or Finance from a top‑tier university with strong academic results.
• KASNEB associate or graduate qualification.
• Proven ownership mindset and attention to detail.
