Finance Planning & Analysis Lead

About the role

Our client, a vertically integrated textile solutions provider, is seeking a Finance Planning & Analysis Lead to drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial modelling. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will shape financial insight across business units and support key investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes, consolidating company‑wide and functional budgets.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate profitability, investment appraisals and strategic scenarios.
• Monitor business‑unit profitability, generate performance reports and translate strategy into balance‑sheet impact.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis, implement cost‑control measures and track product‑costing accuracy.
• Prepare investment appraisal reports, pay‑back period analyses and risk assessments for potential projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional certification.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including at least two years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
